Strong Passwords Without the Headache
5 min read · Updated May 17, 2026
Long, unique passphrases (four or more random words) are easier to remember and harder to crack than short, complex strings like 'P@ssw0rd1!'.
Reusing a password across sites means a breach at one company can compromise every account using that same password.
A password manager generates and stores unique passwords for every site, so you only need to remember one strong master passphrase.
Turn on multi-factor authentication (MFA) everywhere it's offered — it stops most account takeovers even if your password leaks.
